[NCUC-EC] NCUC mentees for ICANN62 - Deliberate until 26Apr

Ok. Do we know when she applied? Sorry to push on this, but I wouldn't want
to penalize her for delays in processing on our end.

I think as long as she's applied, we should consider her application,
particularly since these are mentee slots, so we should be aiming at people
who are relatively new anyway.
