[NCUC-EC] NCSG-At Large outreach

Last time there were so many NCUC outreach sessions that your EC members
could not even go to any other sessions that they wanted to go to. I don't
think that is the right approach.

We are not many different groups. NCUC and NPOC are different in structure
but are aiming towards the same goal through NCSG, their umbrella
structure. People sometimes think they can join NPOC or NCUC without having
to join NCSG. These things can be clarified when we do our outreach
together. And I only suggest this for the policy meeting this time. I
suggest having your own outreach session at AGM.
