Hey everyone,

my colleague Tijani Ben Jemaa has kicked me into action my reminding
me that time is of the essence and ICANN62 Panama will be upon us
before we realise it. This email contains information for several
people to get the ball rolling, so please read it carefully.

Our Joint Civil Society Outreach session (NCUC + At-Large) at ICANN61
appears to have been well received. Immediately afterwards, I was told
several things by several people:

- 90 minutes is too short, so next time we need to make this a longer event
I would tend to agree to this. Perhaps can we reduce some of the
explanations about what we are, and expand a bit on the policy
discussions/debates. Can we have a session cut into two halves, in
order for people to have a coffee & speak to each other? After the
ICANN61 session, it was clear that people wanted to continue to
discuss things informally too

- Why not do NCUC+NPOC+At-Large, or NCSG+At-Large at ICANN62?
I am all for it, and several people from At-Large have said yes, let's
do it. I do not know what would be the better format, whether jointly
NCUC-NPOC or NCSG. I have been told that NCUC-NPOC is *not* NCSG, thus
could you - Renate, Farzaneh, Joan, please speak together to let us
know what *you* would prefer?

- Time/date needs to be decided ASAP
This way the ALAC (the Committee itself) will avoid having a session
that takes place at the same time. Alan Greenberg has committed to
that, seeing that the session is so popular and would also be helpful
to ALAC.

- Room booking need to be done early. Gisella & Maryam, please check
this ASAP, knowing deadlines for room bookings .

- Moderators - Tatiana & I would be happy to continue animating the session

- Topics - again, doing the same thing as in previous times and
contributing to a Google DOC will allow us to build a topic list that
is exciting for everyone

So in short: let's get the ball rolling - I look forward to your kind
input/responses.
