[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Perrin trip to Berlin group April 8

Dear all,

I think it would be imperative for Stephanie to be there, and for her to
get NCUC support. I agree that it is a last minute request, however I'd say
the initiative should be supported.

Definitely aligned with Bruna's points, and would support that with every
request we get, we attach (for our reference) a financial sheet outlining
our finances so that we can make a sound judgement. On another note, if
Stephanie will not be able to make an NCUC blog in time, how about we
gather information ourselves into a one pager and post it as an NCUC blog
after consultation with Stephanie?

Best,

Elsa
