[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Perrin trip to Berlin group April 8

Hi all,

I am also leaning towards granting the hotel request. I am a little
uncomfortable with the short timeframe of the request. Generally it would
be better to consider these things well in advance, and to allow more time
for a proper back-and-forth to discuss costs and results and such.
Nonetheless, Stephanie's work in this area is vitally important, especially
at this juncture, given the push by the CSG to for the adoption of a
problematic "interim" access model.

I support the suggestion that Stephanie be asked to submit an NCUC blog
post - which is consistent with what we generally ask of travel support
recipients - and that could either be the report she already circulated, or
something new, as she prefers. I also think an update on our finances would
be good, at this juncture.
