[NCUC-EC] Removing Edward Morris NCUC and NCSG

Dear All,

Edward Morris has sent me an email and asked:

"Could you please ensure I am removed from the membership roll of both the
NCUC and NCSG and any lists I may be still be on."

I will follow up with Tapani on removing him from NCSG list, but I will
instruct Maryam to remove him from the mailing list and the website of
NCUC.
