Hi all

I just asked the GNSO Sec  if we could transfer Monika's airfare to Milton so that we can save some more money. (Tapani was in cc) Monika cannot make it to Abu Dhabi, she only got airfare so I thought it makes sense to transfer it to Milton our supported NCUC traveler.
