[NCUC-EC] Approving the operating procedures for NCUC

There is some inconsistent hyphenation - e.g. is should be either NCUC EC or NCUC-EC, but both occur. same issue with NCUC-PC and NCUC PC. Also  on hyphens, I think high-priority should be high priority. 

i think this sentence "A NCUC-EC or an appointed NCUC appointees of NCSG PC member should be tasked with putting this in the Trello and scheduling the emails to the” is awkward and needs rephrasing. Is that supposed to be ‘appointed NCUC appointee or NCSG-PC member’? In which case appointed is redundant. (sentence is in top of page 2. 

I don’t think these suggested edits are substantial. Otherwise, the document is in good shape.
