Hi everyone,
We had a great talk with Jim
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jim-trengrove-80b50a14/ our potential
instructor today. Rafik, Ayden, Adam and Comms were also present. He seemed
very approachable and professional.
He is going to come up with a cost estimate but what we told him we want
are:
1. A combination of online and offline face to face training
2. Training in policy writing both in Working Groups and when there is a
call for public comment
3. The objective of the course is to make our members who want to become
active more comfortable with volunteering to be penholders, draft public
comments and participate in PDPs.
4. Also, we want to make this course exemplary for ICANN and digital rights
training!
We have to internally come up with a process on how we want to run the
webinars and who should and can attend the Face - to - Face training.
