[NCUC-EC] Meeting with the potential policy writing course instructor for NCUC

Hi

I am meeting with the policy course instructor for NCUC writing policy
program on Monday. We need to tell him what we want out of the program. I
have some ideas. Ayden has had ideas so I invited him. I Whad to arrange
this quickly (on Friday) sorry if I didn't coordinate beforehand but if you
want to join it will be held on Monday at 13.00 UTC.
