[NCUC-EC] outreach responses sept/oct + twitter ama

Dear EC

The outreach form for Sept/Oct requests received already at least 1
comment (by chair)  and requesters will receive responses

They will be drawn out from our responses template

Until now, no funding has been granted for outreach proposers via the form

This month was the 1st time a request was sent for co-sponsorship,
also not granted

Through e-team candidacies came the idea of a twitter AMA

Policy Chair could maybe be willing to participate on such effort

So an option for outreach requesters this time too would be to
participate in this activity

As soon as it's planned, we'll share more details
