[NCUC-EC] South Africa project asking for support

Hi,

if I can comment:
- I think icannwiki is a not just platform but organization which is
getting funding from several sources already.
- with regard to translation, we did get that before when we made a request
to translation team in ICANN. we could translate our flyers to Hindi, Urdu
for Hyderabad meeting in addition to translation to UN languages.
