Hi Renata,

This email serves as a formal request for support to attend the Global
IGF in Geneva, I managed to secure accommodation and travelling and
now need assistance with incidental expenses only (600 euros) also
needed for visa.

During teh said IGF, I am willing to assist NCUC on the stall and will
start completing doodle once I am sure about my participation.
According to current plans, I will be arriving at Geneva on the 16th
of December (09h00) and leave on the 22nd of November (20h00). We also
have a session on Internet shutdowns as a Chapter on the 21st of
December 2017.

One other goal I intend to achieve at the IGF is to create enabling
networks for the Content Development and Translation project that we
are currently running in rural areas, schools and university within
the country, as the second phase of the project will be starting in
January 2018 until October 2018 aiming to translate ICANN, ISOC, IETF
and other  IG generated content including NCUC material into 3 local
