[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Funding civil society day before IGF

Ok - so if I understand this correctly - the funding wouldn't actually go
towards our participation, or getting a representative there, but rather
towards sponsoring the event itself?
If that's the case, I would lean against it. Again, this comes back to the
difference of whether or not we're a "funding organization". If the event
is likely to go forward either way, I am doubtful as to whether this
expenditure would provide much of a boost for the NCUC. If it were about
actually bringing someone to IGF, I'd be more sympathetic.
