[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Fw: [NCUC-DISCUSS] RightsCon 2018 - NCUC proposal

I dont think it is right to use Ayden s proposal especially after he
withdrew. It s his personal draft although members gave ideas.

I would rather suggest we run now an open call to the members to help us,
ECs, in drafting an ncuc proposal for rightscon and we still have 4 days
left to submit.
We can use the members ideas we have in this very discussion above as a
starting point.
