[NCUC-EC] NCUC Community Travel response

Hi everyone

I saw that part crossed so I didn't want to comment on it more because I am
in agreement with Michael.

Those seats should be requested only for people who do have real physical
issues especially related to blood pressure, Diabetes (making blood flow to
feet difficult), any physical impairment/issue which a doctor says requires
a more comfortable seating etc.

The 12 hour arrival prior to business day in the meeting makes sense and I
support it.
