NCUC Executive Committee Action Items – 28 Oct 2017

Future EC to work on Proposal to RightsCon with the members deadline
is mid-November 2017

NCUC EC with Chair has to come up with the design of the Policy course
and how it should be done.

The next ExCom should tell members about CROP (needs to be published
more). In the next call, it would be preferable for NCUC members who
are already engaged. Give it to people who will be active in the
workshops/events and would be beneficial to NCUC

Outgoing EC to write for the Incoming EC a 2-3 pager about CROP
applications/NCUC Travel Support.

Next EC to look at how funding works at NCUC (procedural document)

Farzaneh, to write a transition plan for the next NCUC chair

NCUC EC to have a template for calls

Farzaneh to write a welcome email for EC members and their primary
tasks + documents/templates

Next NCUC Excom to look into NCUC Review by NCSG

Next EC to look into managed hosting + website design and development

Tapani, to add David Cake as technical contact for the domain name
