[NCUC-EC] New members survey

Thanks Renata for sharing the link and sorry for overlooking it.

I think we can incorporate some of the ideas you have in the link to the
survey.

The survey should be about the newcomers and their background and interest.
I think it should be very short and  not ask for too much detail and too
much information. If we do that  we can just share it with the new members
and put it in the newcomers corner. Maryam also came up with a buddy system
(which is also mentioned in the on boarding program) whereby we use the
information members provide to match them with a mentor or someone they can
go to if they have questions.

As to coordination, as soon as NCSG starts implementing a system like ours,
we can give them advice and if it gets implemtented and is functioning we
can use their system for new members survey to overcome lack of
coordination.

Would be geat to know what the EC members think the survey should entail.
