[NCUC-EC] FW: Rechnung/Invoice Nr. 2017-05-02

Hi Milton,

It's continuation of the same process, ICANN will reimburse it just
like last year, so it's no expense to NCUC.

As you and others who were around last year may recall, the reason
we're using NCUC to process the money is that NCSG does not have
a bank account of its own. And while the project is NCSG's,
it of course belongs to NCUC as well, as it also includes
NCUC's member database.
