[NCUC-EC] FW: Rechnung/Invoice Nr. 2017-05-02

What is this? Did NCUC authorize the expenditure of $8,500 on “implementation services?”
Note that the invoice is sent to NCSG not NCUC. We already paid this company a similar amount last year; it was paid for by NCUC and then reimbursed by ICANN. Is this a mistaken duplicate or a new round?
