[NCUC-EC] ICANN Joburg travel support

Dear all,
sorry for the delay in my answer. It seems that my chances to make it to
Johannesburg are slim to say the list - I will have problems getting
the visa due to tight travel schedule and the fact that the visa section is
5 hours train ride from me + there is a meeting related to my main job that
popped up and conflicts with ICANN. I am trying to reschedule it or to
figure out whether I must go there because it will mean that I won't be
able to participate remotely in half of the Joburg meeting. However, I feel
like we can't delay submitting the names anymore because all my travel
conflicts. So guys please go ahead and distribute this slot to someone else
- I will claim the slot for Abu Dhabi meeting.
