[NCUC-EC] ICANN Joburg travel support

Hi

Who wants to go to Joburg? Remember rotating rule, so those who received
travel support cannot apply again. I am gonna reserve one  travel slot for
myself and see if I can travel. So we have two travel slots to allocate.
Who wants to go?

Renata and Tatiana have priority and fortunately Ines has a fellowship so
we can get her there. If Renata and Tatiana can't go then it can go to
others.

I need an answer pretty soon by Tuesday or Wed the latest.
