[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Constituency Review questionnaire

Hello all,
I am working on a set of preliminary answers right now. Once I have
internet I'll create a google doc and we can cooperatively answer/ edit.
One question, do these have to be very long answers? What are the
requirements for citing new and old bylaws.
