[NCUC-EC] [NCUC-DISCUSS] email in response to ICANN blogpost

We will hold off on public statement. It's just that Niels sent it to the
mailing list before I told him about the EC decision not to include the
public link. But we won't make it public (i.e. put it on website) depending
on the response.
