[NCUC-EC] [NCUC-DISCUSS] email in response to ICANN blogpost

Letter looks done to me, no? The first page looks great - can just send
that now, right?

And then I thought we agreed to hold off on our public statement, and maybe
release tomorrow depending on if and what response we get? Am I
misunderstanding?
