[NCUC-EC] invoice from Systopia

I think we should have a meeting with Tapani and e-team and discuss this
bill and the service we are getting andas Milton suggested it is
very important that an IT system be created that is easily transferable.
Tapani also emphasized on this before.

I will arrange a call with the e-team and Tapani and invite everyone and
the treasurer to participate.
