[NCUC-EC] INPUT REQUIRED: FY18 NCPH Intersessional

Hi

In hindsight I regret the tone and incorrections which may be in this
email I wrote, I wanted to protest
vehemently about doing another meeting in the US and may have made an
overlap w/ some broader visa issues

I can not also say for sure that the people I heard venting about visa
difficulties in Reykjavik have gone through all the trouble they said
they went through

Anyway I stand corrected

I know visa processes involve a lot of ppl and it's not always fair to
vent about difficulties only
