[NCUC-EC] [urgent] NomCom Selection of Candidate

Hi,

I am fine with the procedures as suggested. I guess the most efficient
way would be to have everyone read the applications, and then schedule
a quick (20-30 minute) call to discuss, but I would be open to taking
this forward by email as well.
