[NCUC-EC] Not attending the intersessional

Hi Renata and Tatiana

Thanks so much for accepting this. So you both will work with ICANN staff
and see where you can help and Tatiana will chair the Thursday meeting. I
don't know if anything else needs chairing since Tapani is going to cover
NCSG break out on Tuesday I believe.
