[NCUC-EC] Applications for travel support

Dear all
I apologize for the delay i was travelling with very little access to the
net.

I totally endorse Tatiana s opinion and choice of candidates for the same
reason.
I will be a coach at icann 58 but definetely ready to take one more mentee.
