[NCUC-EC] Planning the schedule for Copenhagen

Hi everyone,

The schedule planning for Copenhagen has started. We did not submit any
high-interest topic for Copenhagen as far as I know. The next planning
meeting which is for SO/AC leaders will take place on Wed. I asked Tatiana
to kindly be my alternate since I cannot make it and have a compulsory
employee's orientation session at Gtech.

They will discuss the high-interest session topics and choose some. We
don't have the topics yet and they will be discussed during the meeting.

Also we are going to receive the meeting request form soon which we will
have to fill in within a week. so time is tight. I think it's a good idea
to ask the members for suggestions what needs to be discussed:

I have the following meetings  in mind, which I think we can also discuss
with Tapani and see if we can do it combined with NCSG

Meeting with GAC and GNSO GAC liaison (possibly at NCSG level)

NCUC Policy Development Support

NCUC Activities in various Working Groups, and the pressing public comments
(covering our performance, how to get more engaged and a more focus on PDP
within NCUC

I think three separate meetings are quite enough plus we have the
constituency day for around 4 hours too which we need to arrange.
