[NCUC-EC] NCUC - EURALO outreach at ICANN 58

Dear all,

please find here the draft agenda for the NCUC-EURALO outreach, that will
be held on 11th of March at ICANN 58 in Copenhagen:

Please feel free to comment and if you can find a role for yourself -
please just write it in the doc or on the EC list.  It would be great if
any of you who can attend could speak at the session one "What is so
different about ICANN this year and why you should care and join?". Please
let me know if you are available for this.

We need someone to replace Farzaneh in the intro session:

"NCUC and its governance - what can we build together".

Could anyone volunteer for this very important session or at least suggest
someone from the NCUC if you think there is a great person to make this
intro. It is intro, which will set the tone for the whole meeting. We need
a good pitch talk there. If there are no volunteers, I suggest we leave it
to the NCUC chair to pick up a speaker for the intro from the NCUC.

I am going to replace Farzaneh there as a moderator in Part 1 and ask
Olivier to moderate the second session with me to create a balance between
NCUC/EURALO moderation. The reason that I am going to take this task is
that it was Olivier and me who came with the idea of the open floor and Q&A
instead of speeches; and we had already discussed how to manage and
moderate this - can be challenging. If you have any objection to this
replacement please let me know.
