Holmes (ISPCPC); NCSG – Kathy Kleiman (NCUC) Maintaining the GNSO's

> Dear Intersessional Meeting Planning Team,

> Thank you all for your great efforts on the planning for the NCPH
> Intersessional Meeting next week in Reykjavik, Iceland. Attached please
> find red-line (docx) and clean (pdf) copies of version 6.0 of the meeting
> agenda.

> This new agenda version reflects input from all communities regarding
> designated co-chairs for each session, room assignments for the various
> session “slots” and staff assignments for individual session support – as
> needed. During last week’s newcomer webinar, Greg Shatan pointed out that
> the NCPH Procedural In-House Issues session had been assigned a truncated
> time slot (my error) and you’ll see I have adjusted the length of those
> afternoon sessions to balance the time for the various topics.

>
> As we’ve had flagged in the agenda, please share with me at your earliest
> convenience any specific questions or topics you would like to raise with
> Göran, or David Olive or Jamie Hedlund so that they can be prepared to
> discuss them with you during the sessions next week. David is also working
> to make himself available to talk with anyone who is in town and might be
> interested to chat with him on Monday the 13th. He was also hoping to
> schedule a small dinner with community chairs on Monday evening after the
> reception if folks are interested. Our policy support teammate, Susie
> Johnson (susie.johnson at icann.org), will be coordinating those
> appointments.
>
>
>
> The clean version 6 of the agenda is now posted on the meeting wiki space
> (see - https://community.icann.org/x/K4LDAw) and will be handed out in
> the welcome packets for the meeting. I do not anticipate further changes to
> the document but am prepared to pull together a final version for posting

> This is the final “planners” message on this community email list. After
> this message is transmitted, we will be updating the addressees on this

> before, during and after the meeting with all attendees.

> As is often the case, last-minute thoughts, ideas or circumstance
