Hi Michael
No, we always funded 2 members to go to meetings. In average, as far
as I remember.
It is just recently that this travel support process changed to what
is now NCUC Fellowship program. (1 funding for a mentor and 1 for a
mentee)
Not more than 1 year, I think.
So Matthew was not analyzed in light of any of those capacities, as
well as Ayden.
