[NCUC-EC] NCUC ICANN61 Mentee

Renata,

I am aware, no need to clarify that.

The reason why I mentioned his position at the PC is due to the fact Farell
is quite senior comparing to the other candidates,  what would give us a
chance to select someone who's less engaged than he is and has not been a
ncuc fellow before!

And thats the last part of my previous e-mail: should we consider giving
this third slot to a less engaged/slightly new candidate?
