Dear Michael

We don't really have a hard line definition of mentor/mentee

Previous mentors have always been Chairs, Co-chairs or Rapporteurs of
working groups.
Also have had way much more than 2 years of engagement with NCUC,
which is the case of the applications here.
Through the archives you'll see mentors being Kathy Kleinman, Milton
Mueller and other veteran NCUC members I can't remember now.

Remember that this is an exception, these mentees will not have an
assigned mentor

They will have to accompany veteran's activities and try to ask
questions to them whenever they are available to answer them

This is done at this time only because we will maximize attendance of
those who need improvement in NCUC Policy Course

These mentees may also reach out to EC for guidance

Best,

Renata
