[NCUC-EC] Selection of mentee to Community Onboarding - Until 14dec!

Hi all,

My vote is for Dina. She seems well qualified - and I like the fact that
she volunteered for the PC already. That shows she's very keen to get more
involved. She wasn't quite experienced enough for the PC this time around,
as we determined, but this will be a good opportunity to build her skills
further for the next time a significant opening comes up. Also - she was
Kathy's first choice, which I give significant weight to.
