[NCUC-EC] Fwd: NCUC Funding for IGF 2017

Hi Renata and everybody,

Sad to see that Arsène won't be able to attend IGF. With his withdraw is
there anything left to be done ? I understand that the money wasn't wire
transferred yet, right ?
