Dear NCUC leadership,

I am so sorry to let you know that i have failed to secure additional
funding to allow me to attend the IGF 2017 as an NCUC partially funded
fellow.

I would like to thank the NCUC, past and current leadership for the
financial support provided and i look forward to more opportunities in
the future. I hope to be useful even as a remote participant in
helping our consituency being visible at the IGF and will catch up
with all communications in that regards.

I am able to report this to you now because i finally received the
last email i was waiting for (a request for financial support) in
order to activate the process, but it turned out being a negative one.
I wish i was able to report this early enough so the funding can be
assigned to someone else. I am deeply sad that i will be missing the
IGF this year, and will start making arrangements for all onsite
engagements i had!
