[NCUC-EC] Outreach support

Here is the list of people we can support to go to outreach event

Bill Drake, (two nights) [ can only make it for Friday]
Stephanie (three)
Ayden (three)
Nadira (three)
Bruna (three)
Ines  (three)
Renata (three)

three nights for 5 people can come up to 1800 USD according to
Thato's estimate. We have seven people to support, I think if we add 800
-1000 more to this estimate we can cover all of them. We should announce
today, so if there is no objection I will announce it on the list by 9 PM
UTC.
