Agenda:

1. The three questions that were sent to mailing list and answers:

NCSG bylaws and alignments of NCUC bylaws
Inclusion removal of officers and members’ procedures in the bylaws, addition of section VIII
For participation of NCUC in the empowered community.

2. Recent pressing issues:


  *   The purpose of NCUC
  *   Adding accountability language
  *   Social purpose companies
  *   Official representatives of orgs and holding office at NCUC
  *   Eligibility of consultants to commercial entities and conflict of interest III(I)(1)

3. Reviewing the second draft based on members’ comments

Action items:


  *   Executive Committee to propose a language of removal of officers
  *   Take NCSG language 2.2.4.1 for off. reps of orgs section
  *   Milton to work with volunteers on text about ncuc purpose
  *   Anna Loup to work on text about "disclosure"

Next Steps:


  *   All to go through docuemts, make comment, suggestions etc
  *   EC to work on new drafts taking consideration all documents to provide a dcuemnt by Wednesday to start a 2nd cycle of consultation.
  *   EC to show difference between first draft and second draft to allow people see changes/differences in the google doc
