[NCUC-EC] Allocating travel funds for IGF

Hi Farzaneh,
Thanks for initiating this. I contacted staff about travel arrangement and
I was told that we will receive communications in coming days and we should
provide names soon.
I am fine with the call ans emphasizing about the expectations from whom
will get the allocation.
