Dear Rafik, Grace and EC members,


I have reviewed the CROPP proposal delivered by Ed.

Ed had listed several tasks that he would complete for the meeting: 1) outreach to attendees of the CyCon meeting; 2) outreach to students and faculty of the University of Tartu;, 3) looking into the possibility of basing NCUC with an Estonian e-bank account.

With the above tasks, I assume it is much feasible and helpful for us to approve this proposal.

As NCUC Chair, attached please find a proposal in response to your re-issued call for CROPP proposals.

As noted in the attached proposal I do hope you have other applicants with new and exciting proposals for CROPP funding. If not, noting the compressed time frame, if granted this opportunity I would endeavour to work expeditiously with the appropriate ICANN staff members to make this proposal happen. It would be a shame if the NCUC did not take advantage of this outreach funding opportunity.
