<p>I have reviewed the CROPP proposal delivered by Ed.</p>
<p>Ed had listed several tasks that he would complete for the meeting: 1) outreach to attendees of the CyCon meeting; 2) outreach to students and faculty of the University of Tartu;<span style="font-size: 12pt;">, 3) looking into the possibility of basing NCUC
with an Estonian e-bank account.</span></p>
<p>With the above tasks, I assume it is much feasible and helpful for us to approve this proposal.</p>
