yes the document lacks several parts. I made it only and quickly to be in time to get Aarti travel slot processed (and I could do that by the deadline!)

MM: Ok, got it.

As next step and for NCUC proper outreach strategy , we can elaborate that using the document as strawman. you can add your comments and questions there? it is collaborative work . it will help us to do the planning and move from an ad-hoc reactive approach.

MM: OK, will try to contribute that. What kind of a timeline do you have in mind?

for example, we can list some conferences of interests like:
World Social Forum, Montreal, August.  Global ICT Capacity Building Symposium, Nairobi, September. re:publica in Dublin, October. CyFy India.

MM: WSF? Really? Seriously? A convention of Parminders?
