Thanks for the message.
since such logo is supposed to be in ICANN invitation letter, I assume that we have to suggest first to related and relevant ICANN staff starting with the constituency travel.

since Farzaneh has some interests on visa issue, she may add more here .

So, would you agree on we try to do something based on Wolfgang's idea of "Green Gate"?

My friend, who is an art designeer,  with whom I have discussed, is very interested in doing this job, i.e. designing a specific logo to be placed on the invitation letter.
By doing so, it is expeced that ICANN could use this as an effective logo to urge embassies of a country where an ICANN meeting is hosted to prioritize and expedite processing of visas for attendees of ICANN meetings.

So my question is that do you think it is necessary for us to have a try in this way? Would you agree with that?

If you guys agree, I would work with my friend and come with a product in three weeks.
If you think it is unnecessary, ok, I stop here.

Saying so, I further propose that ICANN could have a specific logo on the invitation letter which will serve as a sign or alert for the embassies to place ICANN Meeting visa applications to a more emergent level than tour and some other purposes of visa.
