I chatted quickly with Benedetta, cooying her responses below:
" Nope, not in conjunction with ICANN meetings, basically anything but
that"
"it entails whatever support is required for the event to be successful as
long as you collaborate with the GSE team and have concurrence from the
relevant regional VP regarding the proposal and from CROPP staff for the
guidelines"

Basically not libked to icann meetings and depends of our needs.
