checking the minutes:
"Motion passed for NCUC EC to compensate Sonigitu Ekpe for his visa expenses related to Marrakesh upon receipt of the appropriate documents showing that he actually incurred those expenses and to inform him of the decision not to provide travel support for Helsinki."
Maryam forwarded to your before the receipts, she will do it again.
in hist first communication, he said 800 euros not 800usd.

I have now processed Sonigitu’s bank account so that I can wire money to him.
However, I cannot find a record of the exact amount we agreed to give him.
My understanding is that we agreed to pay for his unsuccessful visa application, which was around US$ 800.
But I can’t find any receipts. Can anyone on EC help me out?
