[NCUC-EC] Travel support for Morrocco - Urgent

Hi,

Thanks for the clarification,
We can be creative with the 4000 depending on the applications we get  e.g.
giving enough for airfare or hotel etc and spreading over more than 2
persons . We can expand a little if really  needed.
