Hi Zuan,
Good ideas, although I'd be a bit worried about too strict
formal requirements on record-keeping, lest we end up with no
volunteers.
But, given the urgency, a call for volunteers should be sent without
delay - as in within a few hours. Indeed it already almost too late,
we should consider also reaching out to potential candidates directly.
If you want to send out a call I don't think anyone would object.
It doesn't need to be too detailed, just mention that the key
requirement is willingness and ability to commit the time needed.
And that the deadline is... how much time you need to decide?
I was told ICANN would like the names by Monday, but I presume
a day or two more would not be a disaster.
